We stock various types of drawer slides:

  • STANDARD tried and tested roller runner and proven technology. Only a few components are required to implement a wide range of products - and to guarantee a long service life for wooden drawers and pull-outs.

It is bottom mounted white finish with dynamic carrying capacity from 25 kg to 35 kg

Single extension, high side stability, good running action with self-close feature nominal lengths 250 mm - 600 mm

  • GROOVED mounted ball bearing runners, single extension, high side stability, good running action, nominal lengths 182 mm - 406 mm for height 17 mm and 250 mm – 500mm for height 27 mm.
  • Ball bearing double extension (full extension), high side stability, good running action, nominal lengths 250 mm – 500 mm and the height of the runner is only 35 mm with dynamic carrying capacity 25 kg
  • Heavy duty ball bearing double extension (full extension), high side stability, good running action, nominal lengths 250 mm – 700 mm and the height of the runner is only 45 mm with dynamic carrying capacity 35 kg
  • SOFT-CLOSE heavy duty ball bearing double extension (full extension), high side stability, good running action, soft-close and self-close feature, nominal lengths 300 mm – 600 mm and the height of the runner is only 45 mm with dynamic carrying capacity 30 kg
  • PUSH TO OPEN heavy duty ball bearing double extension (full extension), high side stability, good running action, soft touch feature and locking system, nominal lengths 300 mm – 600 mm and the height of the runner is only 45 mm with dynamic carrying capacity 25 kg

Each drawer slide model has unique performance characteristics that are determined by the intended application for which it is designed. There are many different slides available for a variety of applications; choose the slide that best fits your application.

Length: Slide length is a key factor.

Travel: Travel is the maximum extension compared to the closed length. Most slides are either 3/4 or full travel.

Width: Drawer width affects the rigidity of the installation. In wide drawers, the slides will rack from side to side. Excessive racking can degrade performance and shorten slide life.

Action: The type of mechanism used to carry the load affects slide performance, motion, noise.

Size: In addition to a slide’s load rating, the physical size of the application is a consideration.

Drawers having unusual width, depth, or height especially require careful consideration to determine which slide best suit the application.

Operating Clearance: Drawer slides operate within a specified clearance (the space between the drawer and the case). The clearance must be strictly held within the specified tolerances. When the clearance is too wide or too narrow, the slide will experience additional forces and stresses that will reduce its expected performance and life.
